Initially rumours were about a new camera that shoots RAW being tested in Europe, but recently I was on set when I was told of someone who had actually seen this thing in a room of select people at CameraImage in Poland. Whether this amounts to anything remains to be seen but it could be the decisive turning point for this new technology. The entire rig, including the camera can be powered from a V-lock battery plate at the back, and can support a full lens control system (Preston FIZ or Arri LCS), CineTape, and various other accessories.
